Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need prior floristry experience?
No. Our Beginner track covers foundations: stem conditioning, color direction, bouquet balance, and safe handling. Intermediate and Advanced tracks assume studio familiarity.
How long do I have access to course materials?
You keep access to recorded lessons and resources for at least 12 months after enrollment. Live cohort recordings are posted within 48 hours.
Are the courses live or self-paced?
Most programs combine live critique sessions with structured video modules. You can complete assignments on your schedule and join live sessions for feedback.
Can I get feedback on my work?

Do you cover business topics like pricing?

What is your refund policy?
If a course materially differs from its description or you experience access issues we cannot resolve, contact us within 14 days. We will work toward a fair resolution per our Terms.
